Letitia Hanke has an extraordinary story. Born in rural Lake County, she is the CEO of ARS Roofing & Gutters and the founder of The LIME Foundation, which helps young people find opportunities and support. Through its NextGen Trades Academy, she is opening doors to careers in the trades for young people who might not otherwise have that chance. Her work has been featured on The Kelly Clarkson Show, and she hosts Raise the Roof on Bay Area radio.

Although our Women in Construction group is hosting, this evening is for everyone. Letitia’s story will resonate with entrepreneurs, business owners, mentors, and anyone interested in creating opportunities in their community. You don’t need to be a woman or work in construction to come away inspired.

The event is Thursday, October 15, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Wharfinger Building in Eureka. Tickets are $25 for HBE members and $35 for nonmembers, and proceeds will support The LIME Foundation.
