​equity arcata members Ron White and Meridith Oram will be leading this learning session titled 'Implicit Bias & the Four Dimensions of Racism.'

​During this in-depth workshop, participants will establish a shared language to talk about race & racial equity. The concepts of implicit bias and the dimensions of racism, which include internalized, interpersonal, institutional & systemic racism, will be explored, and participants will have the opportunity to discuss and strategize how to actively work against racism in each dimension.
